At NÜDA BEAUTY, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty products and excellent customer service. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Please note that we do not accept returned products. Our policy prioritizes safe, hygienic handling and ensures consistent quality for all our customers.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed. If a cancellation is approved within the timeframe, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.


Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds without requiring the return of the product, within 15 days of delivery, provided you submit your request within the timeframe and meet the eligibility conditions.

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via our contact page within 15 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.

  3. Attach relevant photos if the product is defective or damaged.

Our team will evaluate the request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow up to 40 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Conditions for Refund:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days.

  • Product must not show signs of misuse or intentional damage.

  • Refunds are not issued for products that have been heavily used or altered.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report:

  • Email us with your order number and a clear photo of the item.

  • We will assess the claim and, if validated, issue a full refund.

Note: Cosmetic damage to packaging is not considered valid for a refund unless the product itself is affected.


Product Usage

NÜDA BEAUTY products must be used responsibly and in accordance with provided guidelines. We are not liable for issues arising from misuse or non-compliance with usage instructions.


Shipping and Delivery

While we aim for prompt delivery, delays due to couriers, customs, or external conditions are outside our control. NÜDA BEAUTY is not responsible for:

  • Delayed, lost, or stolen parcels

  • Customs processing times


Currency and Processing

All refunds are issued in Euros (EUR). Any currency conversion fees or international transaction costs are the responsibility of the customer.
